By Roman Tavast Hold maker markings “PMulti piece construction, in silver and bronze with blue and white enamels, illustrating a shield bearing an elk's head, inscribed "E'PLURIBUS UNUM" and "EESTI SCOUT" above, with a five pointed star between the inscriptions, a ribbon banner above the shield inscribed wit the date "21 XII 18", the Estonian coat of arms upon the junction of crossed swords below the shield, the base composed of a full wreath of oak leaves, measuring 39 mm (w) x 67. 5 mm
